Under the general direction of the Management Consular Officer, the common services officer manages and co-ordinates logistical execution of program objectives and goals assisting in implementation when required; manages the provision and creation of non-routine information and/or documentation; oversees and inputs into complex administrative support systems; provides services to a diverse client base and initiates proactive collaboration acting as the focal point of contact for common services within a mission; supervises staff and performs other duties as required.
