12 Jul Dutch Senate Approves CETA
Congratulations!
The Dutch Senate ( Eerste Kamer) has approved the CETA trade agreement between the European Union and Canada. This follows a change in the opinion of some parties since the last discussion of 2020. The main theme is that the world has changed a lot since then, with Covid-19 and the events in the Ukraine to name but two things that have caused instability on a global scale. This has caused a change in the views of some political parties.
