13 Mar Brewery Tour and (Canadian) Beer Tasting
On March 13th there will be a private event at Bunnikbier brewery. We will start with a guided tour followed by a tasting of 5 beers; 1 of which is their Sup Canadian Red.
Initially, the beer was made and sold for a friend of the owner who was going to compete in the https://www.yukon1000.org/ on a sup board. She did this to raise extra awareness for the plastic pollution in canals and seas. One of the things she does is clean up the canals in Gouda by use of her sup board, but to be able to travel to Canada for this race, she needed to raise money. The brewery sold her a special batch of beer which had been infused with Canadian maple syrup. She sold the batch at a profit so that she could invest in this journey.
Exclusively for this event, the brewery have made another batch of this very tasty beer.
