Export Partner is organising an NL Lounge at the Canadian Dairy Xpo on the 3rd and 4th of April 2024. This fair takes place annually in Stratford, Ontario, a short two-hour drive from Toronto. In addition to participation, a number of field visits will also be organised.

2024 Canadian Dairy Xpo

The Canadian Dairy Xpo is the moment in the year when the dairy industry meets to see the more than 350 exhibiting companies with the latest innovations. The area around Stratford has the highest concentration of dairy farms in the country; most of the industry’s customers come from this region. With over 17,000 visitors, this is a perfect time to present your innovations and techniques.

Why Canada ?

• As a result of Canada’s dairy supply management system, this country has one of the most stable milk prices in the world.
• Canadian dairy farmers are at the forefront of applying the latest innovations and know how to find their way to Dutch partners.
• Canada imports more land and dairy machines than it exports.
• The law to ratify the extensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) came into force on 20 January 2023 and offers additional opportunities for Dutch companies in Canada.

NL Lounge and field visits

You can participate through the NL Lounge. Export Partner is responsible for a joint pavilion with NL companies. This includes the following:

• Strong visibility under the Dutch flag;
• Corner stand with 8 companies;
• Own branding on a common stand space;
• Meeting space; each company has its own panel with desk for company branding;
• Joint storage and catering.

In addition to participating in the pavilion, a field program is being organized for the participants. For example, a visit to a dairy farm and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs for knowledge sessions about the market.
