For an overview of procurement at the City of Toronto, the Purchasing & Materials Management Division (PMMD) hosts monthly Supplier Information Sessions, which provide information on how to do business with the City. In addition, Economic Development and Culture hosts an extensive series of learning sessions for small businesses and start-ups. PMMD presents on doing business with the City quarterly.
