Looking for innovative ways to make your property stand out on the Commercial Real Estate market? Join NCCC Business of the Year Award winner Alveole for a live panel discussion where you’ll hear from an ESG expert in the real estate industry and property managers who have seen firsthand how their buildings benefit from urban beekeeping and other nature-driven solutions.

You’ll learn how nature-based solutions:

  • Contribute to your sustainability and ESG goals
  • Help you obtain green building certifications
  • Increase building value
  • Drive tenant engagement
  • Attract and retain desirable tenants

Meet the panelists

Rebecca Jinks, ESG & Sustainability Director @Taronga Ventures

Rebecca supports real asset owners and operators in developing and implementing ESG programs. She previously worked with leading real estate managing agent Cushman & Wakefield as their Head of ESG & Sustainability for Asia Pacific, guiding owners, investors, and occupiers to realize their ESG visions.

Brandon Lee, Assistant Property Manager @JLL

Brandon is passionate about delivering the best experience for his tenants at San Francisco’s Post Montgomery Center, where he implemented an urban beekeeping program in 2021. Creating a healthy and safe environment is a top priority, and his initiatives have led the way to obtaining LEED Platinum, Energy Star, and Fitwel certifications, as well as a TOBY award.

Marie-Cloé LeBlanc, Sales Team Manager @Alvéole

Moderating the discussion is our own Marie-Cloé, who has been part of the Alvéole colony since 2019. She spends her days introducing the wonderful world of bees to businesses, organizations, and schools. On weekends, you’ll find her with her nose deep in a flower bush cheering on our hard working urban pollinators.
